「あたまドリル」（以下「本アプリ」）は、毎日の脳年齢チェックとミニゲームで遊ぶ iPhone・iPad・Android のアプリです。本アプリの開発者（以下「開発者」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、以下のとおり個人情報の取り扱いを定めます。

毎日の脳年齢チェックで全国の中の順位（「全国で 上位 18%」「40 代で 上位 12%」）を出すためと、アプリをよくするために、次のデータを開発者のサーバー（Supabase のデータベース）へ送ります。iPhone・iPad・Android のどれからも送ります。

iPhone・iPad では、記録を利用者ご自身の iCloud アカウント（CloudKit のプライベートデータベース）に保存し、iPad や機種変更後の iPhone でも同じ記録を使えるようにします。設定で「iCloud に記録を残す」をオフにした場合は端末内にのみ保存されます。
Android では、Android の自動バックアップ（利用者の Google アカウント）に記録と設定が入り、機種変更後の端末に戻せます。バックアップは Google が利用者のアカウントに保存するもので、開発者はアクセスできません。端末の設定でバックアップをオフにできます。
「あたまドリルプラス」の購入と「開発者を応援する」は、iPhone・iPad では Apple の App 内課金、Android では Google Play の課金で処理されます。開発者がクレジットカード情報などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
毎朝のお知らせは、設定でオンにしたときだけ端末の中で予約する通知です。ウィジェット（iPhone・iPad）に出す今日の脳年齢は、端末の中で本アプリとウィジェットのあいだで受け渡すだけで、外部へ送信しません。
アプリの動作の記録（ログ）は端末内にだけ保存されます。設定の「ご意見・ご要望を送る」で、利用者が選んだ場合に限り、利用者のメールのアプリからログを添えて開発者に送ることができます。いただいたメールは返信とアプリの改善のためにだけ使います。
本アプリの脳年齢は、遊びの結果から出す目安です。医療的な検査・診断ではありません。
本アプリは、お子さまを含む家族で遊ぶことを想定しています。広告・アカウント登録はありません。家族の名前・生まれた年は端末の中（と利用者ご自身の iCloud または Google のバックアップ）にだけ保存され、開発者に届くことはありません。13 歳未満の人の脳年齢チェックの結果は全国の順位に送りません。利用の記録（第 3 項）は、名前などを含まない形で端末ごとに数えます。購入はストアの保護者による管理（ファミリー共有の承認と購入のリクエスト、Google ファミリー リンクの購入の承認など）の対象です。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページでお知らせします。

“Atama Drill” (the “App”) is an app for iPhone, iPad and Android with a daily Mind Age check and mini games. The developer of the App, YUICODE, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (“we”), respects your privacy and handles information as described below.

To show how your daily Mind Age check ranks among all players (“Top 18% of all players”, “Top 12% in 40s”) and to improve the App, the following data is sent to our server (a Supabase database). It is sent from iPhone, iPad and Android.

On iPhone and iPad, the App saves your records in your own iCloud account (CloudKit private database), so you can use the same records on your iPad or a new iPhone. If you turn off “Save records to iCloud” in Settings, records are saved only on your device.
On Android, your records and settings are included in Android’s automatic backup to your Google account, so they can be restored on a new device. The backup is stored by Google in your account and we cannot access it. You can turn backup off in your device settings.
“Atama Drill Plus” and “Support the developer” are processed by Apple’s In-App Purchase on iPhone and iPad, and by Google Play Billing on Android. We never receive payment information such as your credit card details.
The morning reminder is a notification scheduled on your device, only when you turn it on in Settings. Today’s Mind Age shown on the widget (iPhone and iPad) is passed between the App and its widget on your device and is never sent anywhere.
The App keeps an activity log on your device only. With “Send feedback” in Settings, you can choose to attach the log to an email you send us from your own email app. We use your email only to reply to you and to improve the App.
Mind Age in the App is a just-for-fun estimate based on your play results. It is not a medical test or diagnosis.
The App is made for families, including children, to play together. It has no ads or accounts. Family members’ names and birth years are stored only on your device (and in your own iCloud or Google backup) and never reach us. Check results of people under 13 are not sent for rankings. Usage data (section 3) is counted per device and does not include names. Purchases are covered by the stores’ parental controls (such as Ask to Buy in Family Sharing and purchase approvals in Google Family Link).
